Day 01
Welcome on arrival Yangon by Evening Flight. Transfer to
hotel and dinner at Shan Restaurant. Stay overnight at hotel,
Yangon. |

Day 02Depart to Mandalay by express train. Transfer to hotel and overnight in
Mandalay.

Day 03
After breakfast at hotel, drive to Amarapura, an ancient capital from 11km south
of Mandalay and U Bein Bridge - 1.2 km long over 200 years old wooden bridge
built over Taungthaman Lake , Mahagandayon Monastery
- home to several thousand
young monks as a center for monastic study and strict religious discipline,and
Silk weaving home cottage. Then continue to Mandalay and sightseeing to
Mahamuni Pagoda-
home to Mandalay's holiest Buddha
statue, 12.5ft high-seated image,
which is heavily overlaid with
gold. Visit to Marble stone carving
workshops, Bronze casting workshops,
Puppet shop,Tapestry work-shop, Wood
carving and making showroom, Gold leaf
beating workshop.
Continue to
Mandalay Palace,
Shwenandaw Monastery - known for its traditional
wooden carvings, Atumashi Monastery,
Kuthodaw Pagoda- known as the World's
Biggest Book for its 729 marble slabs inscribed with the whole Buddhist
scriptures, and enjoy the sunset view from the Mandalay Hill. Dinner will be
Thai or Chinese food at local restaurant. Stay overnight at hotel in Mandalay. |

Day 04
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to jetty for leaving
Mandalay to Bagan by
boat. Evening arrive Bagan, transfer to hotel. Dinner with puppet show at
local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Bagan. |

Day 05
After breakfast at the hotel, sightseeing in Bagan,
capital of the first Myanmar Empire; one
of the richest archaeological sites in
South-east Asia. Tour highlights are
Nyaung
Oo Market, Shwezigon Pagoda - one monument
among the four main significant
buildings of Bagan which was built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century,
Thatbyinnyu Temple, the highest white stucco
Temple of omniscience and dating from
1144, Htilominlo Temple
- the last Bamar style temple built in
Bagan with old mural painting,
Ananda Temple,
a white washed masterpiece of Mon
architecture
which has four huge Buddha Images in
standing position and relieves depicting the Buddha from his birth to his Enlightenmen. Continuing visit to lacquer - ware making home cottage
to watch craft men skillfully
making this most famous Bagan
handicrafts, Dhamayangyi, Bagan's most massive templedating
from 1170 which is famous for its
interlocking brickwork without mortar,
Shwesandaw Pagoda
- the graceful circular stuppa
built by King Anawrahta
after his conquest of Thaton in
1057, Manuha Temple- built in the Mon Style
from the 1059, Nanpaya Temple- said to be the place of King Manuha's palace
site with intricate sand stone carvings,
Myinkaba Gubyaukgyi- known for its mural painting depicting scenes from
Jakata which was built in 1113 by Kyanzittha's son Rajakumar, on his father's
death. Then transfer to Nyaung Oo airport and
depart to Yangon by donestic flight. Arrive at
Yangon and transfer to hotel. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Yangon. |

Day 06
After breakfast at the hotel, visit to
Shwedagon Pagoda - over 2500
years old and one of the world's most spectacular religious
monuments,
Chaukhtatgyi- a huge reclining
Buddha Image,
Bogyoke Market (formerly name,
the Scott Market) where hundreds of stalls for gems & jewelry,
arts & crafts souvenir shopping center. Transfer to Yangon
International Airport for departure by evening flight. |
