RV MAHAYTHI is licensed by the Department of
Marine Administration and Ministry of Hotels &
Tourism as a passenger-carrying vessel and also
licensed as a floating restaurant. Her elegance and
comfort make 'Mahaythi' equally suitable for
business entertainment, holidays or for that special
occasion such as a honeymoon cruise.
Her air-conditioned upper deck includes an
air-conditioned lounge and dining area that is
inspired by turn of the century colonial
architecture. It can accommodate up to 20 clients
for dinning. Below deck could also accommodate 4 to
10 passengers in the relaxation style.
After an extensive renew program, the barge 'Mahaythi'
is the latest, first eve, and undoubtedly, most
tourist class vessel to enter the Yangon river
trade. Catering to travelers and business persons
alike, 'Mahaythi' plies the Yangon River and Twante
Canal and its tributaries, providing an
unforgettable trip and facilities in a luxurious yet

SHWE KEINNERY RIVER
CRUISE
The RV Shwe Keinnery had been taken over by
Interconnection Travels who has experiences in
tourism and river cruising. For the convenience of
the clients, the necessary renovation has already
done since 1st October 2006. The gourmet restaurants
would be operated onboard each of the ships.
The vessel has about hundred furnished seats in the
main deck. Specious, well equipped observation and
sundeck, a place to relax and having sunburn offer
the spectacular views of historical monuments and
the ways of local livings along the famous
Ayeyarwaddy River.
Located at the upper deck, furnished dinning hall is
another place to rest, relax and having delicious
cuisine and drinks during the cruise. Between two
ancient capitals, it stops at Myinmu and Pakkoku
respectively able to join the passenger en-route. |
